Okay - if you want to do a type of muscle test on your body but can't really sense what is your true yes/no response here is how to check into it.
Stand with your feet about a foot apart and close your eyes. You will naturally start to rock ever so slightly. Now state "my name is _____" and feel your body nudge forward. That is your YES! Now say "My name is Ted" and tune in to feel your NO. Play with this and use it on any YES/NO type questions.

Once you become accustomed to your body's response you can tune in automatically just by intention. You will not have to rock or close your eyes you will KNOW! The SKILL must be practiced though and your intention should be set for truth and then allow the answers. This is your HigherSelf talking to you loud and clear! TRUST...
